2015 Client Satisfaction Survey and CFCSA Services Evaluation show high level of satisfaction with legal aid services
LSS is encouraged by the results of a recent survey of legal aid clients and evaluation of its child protection services. The survey is conducted every three years and is an important performance measure. It is the first time LSS has commissioned an evaluation of its child protection services under the Child, Family and Community Service Act.
