- their role in advocating for fairness and facilitating access to administrative justice
- the organizations they can and can't investigate complaints about
- their power under the Ombudsperson Act
- how complaints are assessed and referred or investigated
- examples of complaints they investigate
- examples of the outcomes of some specific complaints
- the public authority consultation and training team's proactive work with public bodies.
