Remember that private billing of legal aid clients is not allowed without LABC’s consent for any fees or disbursements.
We’re preparing our systems and drafting associated changes to the LABC Tariffs, effective April 1, 2021.
We’re extending the trial period for Family Limited Representation Contracts into fiscal year 2021/2022 with some changes to clients’ eligibility and service stop dates.
